ECT Accreditation Service

The Electroconvulsive Therapy Accreditation Service (ECTAS) works with electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) clinics to assure and improve the quality of the administration of ECT.

ECTAS is a voluntary network which uses a system of peer review to improve the quality of services, using standards agreed by the network.  In this way ECTAS seeks, over time, to support members to raise standards.
